How to submit a request
You may submit a request through the MDA Insurance Agents contact page, clearly describing your request and the details related to your application or payment.
MDA Insurance Agents may request reasonable identity confirmation before responding to a rights request.
Response time
MDA Insurance Agents will try to respond within one month of receiving the request, with an extension where permitted by the GDPR due to complexity or volume.
Complaint to the competent authority
If you believe the processing violates applicable law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your EU country of residence.
