This policy explains how MDA Insurance Agents collects and processes personal data in connection with the MED4ALL application and purchase flow.

The data controller for the data collected through the MED4ALL form is MDA Insurance Agents, through the official website mda-agents.gr and the contact details published on it.
What data we collect
When you submit an online application and when payment is confirmed, we may collect the following data:
- full name and contact details
- father name, date of birth, tax ID, and area of residence
- payment details and Viva transaction references
- security-related technical data, chosen language, and email delivery history
Purposes and legal bases
Processing is necessary for the application and purchase flow, activation of the program, sending related service communications, payment verification, and compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Where relevant, processing also relies on the legitimate interests of MDA Insurance Agents for system security, abuse prevention, and transaction documentation.
Recipients of the data
Payment processing takes place in Viva’s secure environment, which receives the strictly necessary information required to execute and confirm the transaction.
Data may also be accessed by authorized MDA Insurance Agents personnel and technical or hosting providers only to the extent necessary for service operation and under confidentiality obligations.
Retention period
Application and payment data are kept for as long as required to perform the service, support the customer, address possible disputes, and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
When the data is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized securely.
Cookies and technical means
The MED4ALL plugin uses a language cookie named mda_med4all_lang solely to remember whether you prefer Greek or English for the program pages and related messages.
No card data is stored on the MDA Insurance Agents website through the MED4ALL plugin.
