Terms of use and purchase
These terms govern the online application and purchase of the annual MED4ALL health program through MDA Insurance Agents. By submitting the application and completing payment, you confirm that you accept them.
Service scope
MED4ALL is an annual access program for private healthcare services with a duration of twelve (12) months, subject to the benefits and limitations described on the program page and in the detailed brochure.
Activation of the program requires a successfully submitted application, confirmed payment, and review of the submitted details by MDA Insurance Agents.
Details you submit
The customer must submit true, complete, and up-to-date information at every stage of the application.
Incorrect or incomplete details may delay or make program activation impossible.
Price and payment through Viva
The displayed price covers one annual MED4ALL participation and is shown before redirecting you to the secure Viva payment environment.
Online payment is completed exclusively through Viva Smart Checkout. MDA Insurance Agents does not store card details through the MED4ALL plugin.
The available payment methods are displayed by Viva at checkout, depending on the specific transaction and the customer country or language.
Transaction confirmation
A customer return from checkout alone is not enough for final purchase confirmation. The transaction is considered completed only after successful payment confirmation from Viva and update by MDA Insurance Agents.
In review cases or when an asynchronous payment method is used, activation may be delayed until final confirmation is received.
Cancellation and refund policy
The MED4ALL service is provided as an annual program and, after successful payment and application submission, is treated as non-refundable and non-cancellable.
A refund will only be issued where this is mandatorily required by applicable law or where the service cannot be provided due to fault attributable to MDA Insurance Agents.
